Shipping Options:

We understand the difficulties of waiting for a package.  In order to get the best shipping times possible we offer expedited shipping.  Shipping times may vary depending on location.  Tracking will be provided upon departure of your package.

Order Placed:

Once you placed your order with VEEX, you will receive an order confirmation email and a purchase confirmation email from the payment provider.

Order Delivery:

Once your order is ready to deliver, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Tracking Number. 

How do I track my package?

Once we receive your order, it will be sent to our VEEX warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. Please allow 1 day for the order to be processed and packed for shipment. Once your package is ready for shipment, the shipping company will pick up the package and we will send you a Tracking Number via email.

Why does my tracking number not show any updates?

A likely cause of this may be that the delivery carrier has not yet received your package or tracking information. The carrier usually needs some time to process your order information before the tracking information is updated. If you have any question on delivery, please contact us.
